Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. Law Office of John J. Roach sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who ask to receive them. Messages relate to the recipient’s own inquiry or legal matter: consultation scheduling and callbacks, appointment reminders, case status updates, and requests for documents. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never text purchased or third-party lists.

Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (415) 851-4557 or john@representmyinjury.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send to you and that you send to us. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or case. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. For questions about privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

No attorney-client relationship. Text messages do not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written fee agreement. Please do not text confidential details about your case until you have spoken with an attorney.
